Eligibility

In response to a resolution adopted by the City of Mobile, the Probate Court of Mobile County has ordered an election to be held on Tuesday, September 18, 2007 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. at the designated voting centers indicated on this web site.

Alabama law specifies that anyone who resided in the proposed annexation areas on or before June 18, 2007, and has not changed residence since June 18, 2007 would be qualified to vote in this election. - Ala. Code §11-42-47
